Birdstory, a 501 (c)(3) non-profit, supports and creates independent, innovative and impactful creative media to: 1) raise awareness of the wonder and urgent plight of birds; 2) inspire action to sustain birds; and 3) help us understand how our future is inherently connected to theirs.
Why?
Public failure to understand the causes and consequences of climate change and biodiversity loss is, in large part, a failure of investment in
education
and a result of our increasing
disconnection
from even our familiar, local landscapes.
How?
With complete control of our IP and 100% impact-driven content, we create engaging, free, innovative, provocative, quality, science-based media for distribution through a vascular network of non-profits, teachers, birders, communities, rec and social organizations.
